How does shipping & delivery work?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours. After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives. Paste the tracking number here

Delivery times vary based on your location.

If you opt for express shipping, your order will typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

With standard shipping, delivery takes approximately 3 to 6 business days.

If you're residing in regional or designated areas, please allow Australia Post an additional 1-2 days for your delivery. Your support means a lot!

Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. We are partnership with Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.

Return

We have a 30-day FREE return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@calmify.com.au with photos of the product you purchased. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we will seby you on email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
